   The registration department is a structural unit of the university, ensuring the organization of the process of documenting students’ achievements and the movement of a contingent, registration of students for academic disciplines, accounting for the accumulation of credits by students throughout the entire period of study.


The main tasks of the registration department:

  1. management of the registration process for academic disciplines;
  2. the formation of academic groups and flows based on the choice of students learning paths;
  3. organization and accounting of performance on the results of intermediate and final certification;
  4. calculation of the academic rating of students;
  5. the formation and storage of records of academic progress;
  6. control of filling teachers of the rating, examination and final sheets;
  7. registration and accounting of the movement of students;
  8. monitoring breakdown of studies and student attendance;
  9. work with advisors assigned to each specialty;
  10. compilation of accounting and analysis of the university classroom fund;
  11. Verification of students’ applications for transfer from other universities, restoration, expulsion, granting and withdrawal from academic leave, change of last name, etc.


The main functions of the registration department:

  1. Registration of students in accordance with the academic calendar, re-registration and registration for the summer semester;
  2. Organization of the summer semester for additional study; eliminating academic debt and curriculum differences;
  3. Organization and conduct of intermediate certification of students, drawing up the results of the academic rating of students;
  4. Keeping records of students’ academic progress, managing information about accumulated grades and credits for the entire period of study;
  5. Registration of individual curricula based on the application and academic reference of students to determine the deadlines for academic debt and the difference in curricula;
  6. Registration and issuance of a transcript to students and applications to the diploma (transcript) to graduates of full-time, part-time, evening with the use of pillboxes;
  7. The calculation of the average grade point (gpa) for the academic year;
  8. Development of the academic calendar, registration deadlines for academic disciplines for all forms of education;
  9. Making grades in applications to the diploma of higher education for all forms of education;
  10. Accompanying the academic mobility of students and issuing a transcript to students from other universities who arrived on academic mobility;
  11. Modernization of the distance learning portal;
  12. Conducting operational work on the identification and filling of distance courses and evening and correspondence course cases with the use of pillboxes on the basis of other forms of training;
  13. Organization of advanced business qualifications and general educational level of the department employees;
  14. Drawing up a training schedule for full-time, part-time, evening-distance learning;
  15. Scheduling exams in all forms of study;
  16. Drawing up a summer semester schedule for public disciplines.
